Returns and Exchanges:
All returns and exchanges are to be made within 7 days from the date you received the item.
For our Premium Collections (incl. embellishments), please note that we are not able to offer size exchanges due to the intricacy in our embellishments. Kindly refer to our size charts and choose the size suitable for you.
For Non-Premium Items, exchange of size is subjected to availability. In the event the size is no longer available, we will refund the customer in the form of Store Credit. All products (including faulty items) must be returned in their original packaging (original labels and hangtags attached and box), unworn, unwashed and in a sellable condition.
We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sales items. Items purchased during our sale period are final.
NOT Manufacturing mistakes:
1) Colour of the item may differ from the picture due to studio lighting or exposure.
2) Size allowance of +/- 2cm
3) Creases on clothings
4) Due to the nature of Batik printing, there may be print variances to each piece
For items with manufacturing mistakes only, kindly email us together with a screenshot of your payment receipt to email@example.com. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund within 24 hours from the receipt of your return order. The refunded amount will be credited to your credit card or the original method of payment used, within a certain amount of days depending on respective bank policies.
For exchanges/refunds, please post your item via registered mail to avoid any loss of item(s). Any postage fee incurred during the return and exchange will be borne solely by the customer or otherwise discussed.
